Nicole’s yoga class was absolutely perfect, I was 23 weeks pregnant and the class I attended was relaxing, with a strong focus on breathing and stretching in all the right places, especially for pregnancy. I felted less tense, more focused and zen/ calmer after the class, my body felt less achy and tight. I love how Nicole focuses on breathe work and slowing down rather than being the next yoga acrobat. Yoga for me is about connecting and focusing the mind, body and soul and Nicole’s class definitely offered that experience.
