Yoga Therapy ​

At Embodied Wisdom Therapies, I specialise in Yoga Therapy, including Trauma-Informed Yoga, and offer both private sessions and group classes tailored to your unique needs.

Investment: $350 for three sessions
Travel fees apply outside of the clinic.

Yoga therapy is a compassionate, holistic practice that meets you exactly where you are. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, we work together to create space in both your body and mind to restore balance. I use a variety of tools—including visualization, meditation, chanting, mudra, pranayama (breathwork), and asana (postures)—to support your unique healing process.

In addition to my training in yoga therapy, I am currently in my third year of studying occupational therapy, which deepens my understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being. This combination of disciplines allows me to take a well-rounded, integrated approach to help you reach your health goals.
I recommend committing to at least three sessions for optimal results, ensuring the therapy plan is fully tailored to your needs. Your dedication and commitment to the process will be key to your transformation.

What to Expect:​

Initial Meet & Greet: A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine if we’re a good fit.

First Session: A 90-minute in-depth assessment and personalized practice, during which you’ll receive a printout of your individualised practice to take home.

Follow-up Sessions: Two 45-minute sessions to deepen and refine the work, further enhancing your healing journey.
